Terms of use

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Twegg, the app for couples to share lists, a calendar, goals, money and memories, and to send each other notes. By creating an account or using Twegg, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who we are

Twegg is operated by Pauline Huber, Rue de l'Industrie 24, 1030 Bussigny, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@twegg.app.

Your account

Pairing with your partner

Pairing links your account to your partner's through an invite link or code. Once paired, your partner can see the content you share in the app, and you can see theirs. Only pair with someone you trust, and only share invite links with the person you mean to pair with. Anyone holding a valid invite can pair with you until it's used or expires.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to Twegg (lists, events, notes, photos, finance entries and so on). You give us only the permission needed to store it, sync it between you and your partner, and deliver the service. We don't use your content for advertising. See our privacy policy for how your data is handled, including end-to-end encryption.

You're responsible for your content. Don't upload anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to share, such as other people's private photos.

Acceptable use

Don't:

If you're in a situation where you feel unsafe in a relationship, help is available. Please contact your local emergency or support services.

Twegg Premium

Purchases are also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.

Not financial advice

Twegg's budgets, expense tracking, net-worth and insights features are tools to help you organise your own finances. They aren't financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and we don't check the accuracy of what you enter.

Availability and changes to the app

We work to keep Twegg running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Ending your use

You can stop using Twegg and delete your account at any time (Settings › Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. When an account is deleted, its content is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Twegg is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Twegg in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using Twegg after a change, you accept the new terms.
